Position Summary : The Warehouse Administrative Assistant will work within the Purchasing Department and report to the Warehouse Manager. This role will support the efficient operation of the warehouse by managing administrative tasks, coordinating inventory records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. The Warehouse Administrative Assistant will maintain accurate documentation, optimize warehouse processes, and perform miscellaneous tasks as required. This position will be fully in-office.

Salary Range : $70,000 - $98,000 annually depending on experience
Essential Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipping, and receiving activities using SmartSheet and TeamUp Calendar.
- Provide inventory and shipment status updates as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Update all logs / worksheets when materials are received and transferred for install.
- Provide assistance to Warehouse Manager for various tasks.
- All other administrative duties as assigned.
