Position/Job Title:
Front Office Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Hours/Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
During Tax Season (January 1 through February 15), some overtime and Saturdays are necessary.
Out of Tax Season (April 16ththrough December 31), schedule flexibility is available.

Position Overview:
- We are a solid team of accounting and tax professionals with over 50 years’ of tax experience, serving over 700 clients in 19 different states.
- We are looking for an individual who compliments the current team and who is eager for their next career opportunity.
- Previous Bookkeeping work desired; this may include, but is not limited to, prior work processing accounts payable and statement reconciliations, customer payments and accounts receivable, manual or electronic payroll, monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings/payments, bank reconciliations, and/or other similar duties.
- The ideal candidate will have a professional yet friendly demeanor, the ability to multi-task, can prioritize tasks daily to meet deadlines, produces work output with accuracy and with close attention to detail.
- The candidate for this position must retain a high level of integrity and respect for the handling of confidential information.
