We're looking for a qualified individual to serve as a Part-Time Custodial Attendant(s). The Custodial Attendant promotes Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club, Triphahn Center, The Club at Prairie Stone, and Willow Recreation Center by providing quality services to its customers. This position provides assistance to maintain order and cleanliness of the building, including set-up and custodial maintenance of events at the facility.

Experience and Qualifications:

Job Functions:
- Work involves cleaning and routine maintenance in an assigned building or buildings.
- Must have good quality cleaning practices and complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance and custodial tasks.
- Responsible for the use of proper methods, chemicals, and equipment in cleaning and otherwise attending to the neatness and sanitation of buildings and equipment.
- Works cooperatively with fellow staff and the general public.
- Completes work orders in a timely manner.
- Performs all tasks necessary to ensure a safe environment.
- Provides all set-up/tear-down requirements for the use of all general use areas, including tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and sound equipment.
- Previous experience in a custodial or maintenance position preferred.
