Job Summary:
As a Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data input processes, ensuring accuracy within our CRM, and improving how we collect and utilize business data. You will work closely with the Inside Operations Supervisor to develop efficient workflows, improve data reporting, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business success. You will also support data management projects, leveraging tools such as Excel VBA, queries, Power BI, APIs, and various CRMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Data Management: Input, clean, and maintain data within our CRM to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Data Optimization & Strategy: Develop and refine processes for data collection and utilization to enhance business decision-making.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards using Excel VBA, Power BI, and queries to track key metrics and identify trends.
- Process Improvement: Work on projects aimed at streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and eliminating redundancies in data handling.
- Automation & Integration: Support integration efforts with APIs, Power BI, and other CRM systems to improve data flow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Inside Operations Supervisor and other internal teams to develop data-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel (including VBA), Power BI, SQL queries, and CRM systems.
- Experience or familiarity with API integrations and automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
