- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.

- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid costly repairs in the future.
- Assist in the preparation of properties for new tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.
- Inspect and maintain common areas, including landscaping and parking lots.
- Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with property managers to plan and execute maintenance projects.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Property Maintenance Technician or similar role.
