Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Web Developer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all web projects and development tasks, ensuring that our websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create web-based solutions that support marketing campaigns, improve user experience, and drive conversions.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites function effectively on various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct regular website audits and perform updates to ensure content is current, accurate, and aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and ensure best practices are followed to improve organic search rankings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly, including broken links, page errors, and other technical problems.
• Integrate third-party tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
• Ensure website security by implementing necessary updates, patches, and protective measures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve website functionality and user experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for web development processes, code, and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in web development, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with back-end development using languages like PHP, Python, or Ruby, and frameworks such as Laravel or Django.
• Strong understanding of WordPress and other CMS platforms, including custom theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma).
