Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Participate in classroom and lab activities to gain knowledge in appliance service and installation.
- Successfully complete all assessments and tasks throughout the program.
- Assist appliance technicians on job sites with assigned tasks.
- Accurately clock in and out to maintain a record of daily and weekly hours worked.
- Perform all duties with a strong focus on safety for self and others.
- Keep the office, lab, and customers' properties clean and organized.
- Meet weekly with the Appliance Training Lead to monitor learning progress and mastery of content.
- Demonstrate self-motivation by putting in extra time and effort as needed to master the content.
- Genuine interest in a career in appliance service with Hoffmann Brothers

- To adequately perform the duties of this job the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to finger, handle controls; hear, and talk. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to climb ladders and work in hot and cold environments. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50lbs and up. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
