Machine Technician
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment
- Understand , support, and execute all work in a safe manner.
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures.
- Contribute to an environment that promotes safety as its ultimate priority.
- Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical background.
- Ability to safely troubleshoot and determine corrective solutions.
- Must be able to work in an environment without temperature control.
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance for hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical, automation, and CNC machines.
- Capable of understanding blueprints, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Daily inspection of equipment.
- Adhere to all safety precautions per MIOSHA/OSHA guidelines.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and customers in a manner that promotes productive and positive operations.
- Pay based on experience
- Second Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm (shift premium)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine technician
- Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of die cast manufacturing
- Ability to fabricate and install electrical components
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
