Summary
As a Cleaner at Hoffmann Die Cast, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and order within our manufacturing facility. This role is vital to supporting our operational efficiency and upholding our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the facility, including production areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Implement effective cleaning procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify cleaning needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Assist in floor care maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as necessary.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the workplace to promote a positive working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all housekeeping duties are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus but not required.
