Pest Control and Sales Associate

This position is ideal for individuals looking to enter the sales field while gaining knowledge of the pest control industry. As a Pest Control and Sales Associate at Hoffman's Exterminating Co Inc., you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in both technical and sales aspects.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and completing scheduled site inspections/sales leads, striving to perform work during initial visits when possible. They will also be required to follow up on all site inspections/sales leads in a timely manner to close sales, and address canceled or postponed inspections prior to initial visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Prescribe necessary treatments to resolve pest issues, explain additional services offered by Hoffman's, and propose these services whenever feasible and ethical.
• Ensure accurate and detailed completion of proposals, graphs, illustrations, state forms, and other necessary documents in compliance with Hoffman's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Attend and actively participate in networking events, community events, and partnership events.
