Pest Control and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team at Hoffman's Exterminating Co Inc. as a Pest Control and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and completing scheduled site inspections/sales leads, striving to perform work during initial visits when possible.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be required to ensure accurate and detailed completion of proposals, graphs, illustrations, state forms, and other necessary documents in compliance with Hoffman's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). They will also be responsible for maintaining precise data entry, posting, uploading, and computer processing related to work activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prescribe necessary treatments to resolve pest issues, explain additional services offered by Hoffman's, and propose these services whenever feasible and ethical.
• Follow up on all site inspections/sales leads in a timely manner to close sales, and address canceled or postponed inspections prior to initial visits.
• Attend and actively participate in networking events, community events, and partnership events.
