Essential Job Duties :
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders o Work closely with the Gross-to-Net Accounting Associate, Commercial Finance Manager, Supply Chain Controller, and Consumer VP of Finance to align on objectives and processes. Develop a Sustainable Review Process o Design and implement a process for reviewing and approving customer invoice deductions, ensuring it aligns with business needs and financial controls. Establish Prioritization Frameworks o Create criteria for prioritizing deductions, focusing on eliminating administratively burdensome deductions for non-core or immaterial customers. Define Approval Protocols o Determine the appropriate approvers for various types of deductions, ensuring accountability and adherence to organizational policies. Create an Escalation Process o Develop a clear escalation procedure for unapproved deductions, including timelines and stakeholders involved. Ensure Cross-Functional Communication o Facilitate regular communication between finance, accounting, supply chain, and commercial teams to address challenges and ensure alignment. Monitor and Evaluate Process Effectiveness o Continuously review the effectiveness of the deduction approval process, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to work independently while actively contributing to and interacting with a larger team
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
