Hoffmaster is looking for an intern to support our Marketing Communications team for Summer 2025. This is an onsite paid internship based in Oshkosh.
Essential Responsibilities
Corporate Website Support
- Assist in the development of the company's new corporate website
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure website content aligns with branding and business goals
- Update website product descriptions, images, and other digital assets to ensure consistency and clarity
Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and post engaging product marketing & corporate brand contentMonitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize engagement and reachResearch trends and industry best practices, and propose innovative content ideasContent Development
Maintain and update the company's commercial team intranet site, ensuring content remains relevant, well-organized, and accessibleAssist in the creation and refinement of marketing collateral, including sell sheets, presentations, brochures, and digital contentEdit and format marketing materials to ensure alignment with the company's brand voice and visual identityHelp coordinate and produce visuals, graphics, and written materials for campaigns in conjunction with Design, Product, and Channel MarketersAssist in content audits by reviewing existing materials and identifying opportunities for alignment and improvementCorporate Branding Support
Help update and organize brand assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materialsSupport the development of brand governance processes, including guidelines for logo usage, color palettes, typography, and messagingEnsure internal teams have access to the latest brand assets and materials to maintain a cohesive brand identityRequirements
Excellent written communication skillsHigh level of verbal communication / influence skills, and excellent presentation skillsExcellent ability to prioritize and handle multiple projectsFamiliarity with digital marketing, content management systems (CMS), and social media scheduling tools is a plusAbility to recognize improvement opportunitiesOrganizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well on a teamAbility to lift 30 lbs (if required for event support or marketing materials setup)Proven skill in projecting confidence, working collaboratively and engendering trustWorking towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldHoffmaster's internship program is designed to provide students practical, hands-on experience in a professional environment, bridging the gap between the knowledge gained in school and it's real-world application in actual work settings.
