What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Marketing Intern position at Hoffmaster Group Inc.?
Branding Updates on Packaging & Collateral :
- Partner with Product Managers, Marketing Communications and Creative Services to update inner packaging; along with corrugate to align with HGI's brand standards and sustainability initiatives
- Assist Product Managers with review of marketing collateral pieces, working with Marketing Communications & Creative Services to update branding & product specifications. Product Harmonization Execution
- Partner with Product Manager and Operations team members to support execution of product harmonization tasks
- Includes managing & documenting spec alignment, timeline management, system updates, and communication to sales & customers Production Trials
- Support production trials including entering trial & testing requests, attending trials, and communicating results to cross-functional team Requirements :
- Excellent abilities to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Ability to recognize improvement opportunities
- High level of interpersonal, written, verbal communication / influence skills, excellent presentation skills
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision and direction
- Ability to deliver effective presentations
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well on a team
- Proven skill in projecting confidence, working collaboratively and engendering trust
- Working towards Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related degree.
