Location : Clintonville, WI Shift : 2-2-3 Day shift 6pm to 6pm Rotating Schedule (12-hour shifts) Starting Pay : $18.00 / hour Compensation & Benefits Pay & Bonuses :

• Base pay starts at $18.00 / hour

• Supplemental Life Insurance available for purchase What is a 2-2-3 Schedule? Our 2-2-3 schedule provides stability and work-life balance : You'll work 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern :
• Week 1 : Work Monday, Tuesday → Off Wednesday, Thursday → Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2 : Off Monday, Tuesday → Work Wednesday, Thursday → Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday This means you'll work just 14 days per month and enjoy built-in long weekends every other week! Primary Purpose Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to collect scrap, transport materials, and maintain workstations, ensuring continuous production. Essential Functions
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Conduct daily safety checks and report hazards
• Load, weigh, and record scrap materials
• Coordinate scrap trailer pickups with freight carriers
• Monitor and maintain ink wastewater treatment
• Collect and replace waste containers and recycling bins
• Maintain cleanliness in scrap rooms, docks, and around balers
• Order supplies and assist with general facility maintenance
• Follow GMP and SQF guidelines for food safety
• Train and support employees as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements
• Factory experience preferred but not required
• Forklift certification required (training provided)
• Ability to operate various material handling equipment, including : Forklifts & Equipment : Sit-down forklift (box clamps, roll grabs) : Standard forklift used for moving pallets, often equipped with clamps or grabs for handling rolls or boxes. Reach-lift : A forklift with extendable forks, designed for stacking and retrieving loads at higher levels. Walkie-rider : A motorized pallet jack that the operator walks behind or rides on. Garbage compactor : Machine used to compress waste materials. Auto wrapper : Automatically wraps pallets with stretch film for secure transport. C184 fork trucks : Likely refers to a specific forklift model used in the facility.
