Floater – Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM) | Oconto, WI

Pay Progression:
- Entry Pay: $19.48/hour
- After 90 Days: $19.85/hour
- After 6 Months: $20.23/hour
- After 12 Months: $20.98/hour
- $1,500 sign-on bonus for new employees
- $2/hour weekend shift premium
- 11 paid holidays per year
- 112 vacation hours annually (accrued at 4.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period)
- 24 hours of sick time per year (prorated in the first year)
- 1 paid wellness day off per year

Responsible for general machine functions, organization, and filling in on other assets as needed to support production.
Essential Functions
- Wrap pallets of finished products as needed
- Stage and move finished products to stretch wrapper
- Assess raw material needs and deliver materials to production areas
- Assist with prepping rolls and roll changes
- Identify different products based on the production schedule
- Operate pallet jacks to move products and cartons to designated locations
- Move and stage gaylords of waste to the baler
- Perform housekeeping duties at assets
- Assist other team members as necessary
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Ensure an accurate and complete exchange of information with incoming team members
- Fill in on other assets as needed
- Report food safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, specifications, safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Factory experience preferred but not required
- Safety glasses

- Steel-toed shoes
