Industrial Maintenance Technician – PLC & Instrumentation
Location: Clintonville, WI | 🏭 Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, specializing in PLCs and instrumentation. Work hands-on with automation, process controls, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
💰 Pay & Benefits
- $33 to $37/hr (based on experience)
- 11 paid holidays & vacation time

- Short/Long-term disability coverage
- Troubleshoot, repair, and program PLCs (Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000, Siemens S7)
- Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Calibrate and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation
- Work with HMIs, motion control, and industrial networking (Profibus, Ethernet, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Follow NFPA 70E and NEC electrical safety codes
- 10 years of industrial maintenance experience OR 69 score on the Ramsey Main Test
- Strong troubleshooting skills in PLCs, electrical systems, and automation
- Ability to read electrical schematics and machine diagrams
- Experience with fabrication, machining, and welding is a plus
- Associate's degree in Electro/Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics (Preferred but not required)
