📍 Location: Clintonville, WI
🕕 Shift: 6 AM–6 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
💵 Starting Pay: $19.50/hour and up (based on experience)

- Week 2: Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sun
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Load materials (paper rolls, plates, etc.)
- Adjust settings and check product quality
- Perform basic maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and keep your area clean
- High School Diploma or GED
- Factory/machine experience is a plus (but not required)
- Mechanical aptitude & basic math skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Basic computer skills (touchscreens, data entry, etc.)
