The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Hoffmaster's raw material deliveries are scheduled, received, and recorded into our inventory system accurately. Accurate inventory is vital to our operations, and this position is a critical component of our Production and Receiving Teams. In addition to coordinating inbound shipments and maintaining raw materials inventory, this position may also be required to move inventory with a clamp truck, forklift, walkie rider, or pallet jack and will assist our Receiving Team with other duties as needed.

Essential Job Duties
- Utilize technology to input inventory with our current processes, and provide feedback on process improvement
- Learn and develop a strong working knowledge of plant production operations
- Ensure all material movements are recorded accurately
- Work closely with team members on the Production, Receiving, and Shipping Teams and assist them when needed
- Safely operate clamp truck / forklift / walkie rider / pallet jack in a busy manufacturing environment
- Keep you work area, and the plant in general, clean and free of any unsafe obstructions
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate receipt of inbound shipments of raw materials (paper rolls)
- Ensure all rolled paper stock is received, scanned and labeled and all raw materials are input into inventory management system correctly
- Knowledge of inventory bin systems / best practices for inventory management
- Knowledge of shipping industry
- Knowledge of material management procedures
- Knowledge of forklift or clamp truck operations; Paterson certification required
- Skill in paying attention to details
- Skill in oral and written communication; bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Skill in problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making
- Skill in building and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Ability to be punctual and dependable
- Ability to flexible, self-directed, and motivated to improve processes
- Ability to be patient and adaptable to unforeseen changes
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and a team-driven attitude
