What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Hofmann Sausage Company?
Hofmann Sausage Co has been in CNY for over 140 years, we are growing and adding to our production team. We are looking for individuals to help in the production of our premium hotdogs and sausages that are made right here in CNY. Responsibilities may include but no limited to handling raw meat, mixing raw meat with spices per instructions, tying casings, stuffing product and cleaning/trash removal. Hairnets, Gloves, Coats, Boots are all provided for the employee. The position is Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm. Pay is $18/hour depending upon experience. This position is within a refrigerated production area.
