Description
The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication is pleased to invite applications for an Adjunct Assistant / Associate Professor of Film Studies in the Department of Radio, Television, Film at Hofstra University.
The candidate would teach undergraduate-level courses on a semester-by-semester basis, in the following possible areas :
- Introduction to Film Studies (focusing on critical analysis)
- Film History
- Film Genres
- Film Authorship
The candidate should have an expansive view of each of these canons, including a practice of DEI.
