This is a seasonal position, as we operate from March through the end of December primarily.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality and tourism industry is preferred
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
