Job Summary:
Journeyman Carpenter with added finishing skill set. Capable of high level of quality and craftsmanship. Skilled in doors and hardware as well as trim and other finishing tasks. Capable of completing work with minimal supervision. Capable and willing to mentor and supervise others.
Qualifications:
High school diploma preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to work along the Wasatch front (from Brigham City UT to Springville UT and everywhere in between).
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and continue to pass random drug tests.
Able to pass a background check.
Maintains tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Work Hours:
8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as necessary or until work is completed. Shifts (day, swing and night) and work assignments may vary as deemed necessary by management.
Related Safety Responsibilities:
Must become familiar and compliant with Hogan’s safety program and OSHA regulations. Must maintain fitness level sufficient to handle his/her required work load. Must become Hogan certified before operating equipment. Understands, is familiar with, and follows power tool safety requirements. Is always vigilant and aware of his/her own safety as well as the safety of those around him/her. Actively attends and participates in the Daily Production & Safety meetings each morning.
