Job Summary:

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and hard cider, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders accurately.
- Operate square terminal and handle transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol serving guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setup, breakdown, and cleaning tasks.
Skills:
- Prior experience in bartending or related roles preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a positive manner.
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
- Familiarity with hard ciders offered and different types of beverages.
- Understanding of food safety protocols to maintain a hygienic bar environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
