We are seeking a professional, Spanish-speaking Immigration Paralegal to join our team and support our clients with their immigration matters. Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law or similar legal field.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English / and proficient in Spanish or Portuguese- able to speak, read and write
Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities :
Meet with clients in person, virtually, and by phone to discuss case strategies.
Assist in preparing and filing USCIS forms and other legal documents.
Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met with attention to detail.
Provide exceptional client service, communicating clearly and professionally with a diverse group of clients and attorneys.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with case management software (eImmigration)
Experience processing I-130, I-485, I-601A, I-90, I-751, N-400, Advanced Parole, U Certification and Petition, VAWA petitions, Consular processing, SIJS, I-601
Experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits
Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or 2 years of paralegal experience
Advanced computer skills, especially with MS Office 365.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

High degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented work environment using excellent judgment, administrative abilities, and decision- making skills
