What does a Senior Program Manager do at Hogarth?
The Senior Program Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of a production team, acting as a liaison between the production leadership and various departments, ensuring projects are completed on time by managing schedules, coordinating resources, identifying potential issues, and facilitating communication to keep production running efficiently; essentially supporting the production team by handling day-to-day operational tasks and strategic planning within the content production department. This role will report into the Director of Content Production.
Key responsibilities :
- Project Management :
Tracking project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proactively addressing issues.
Facilitating communication between production teams, department heads, and senior leadership.
Managing production schedules and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Assisting in developing production strategies and goals aligned with overall company objectives.
