Job Overview: As a Social Media Manager/Analyst, you will lead the strategic analysis and optimization of your assigned brand's social media presence, ensuring high-performing, impactful campaigns. You'll use deep insights from social listening and analytics to inform content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution. Your role is crucial for translating complex data into actionable strategies that significantly enhance our brand visibility and community growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead robust social listening initiatives to capture real-time insights, trends, and community sentiments.
- Conduct detailed analytics on campaign performance, including engagement, reach, brand sentiment, and ROI.
- Regularly present data-driven recommendations to internal teams, clearly articulating strategic adjustments and optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with community managers and creators to ensure content is effectively tailored and optimized for each platform and community.
- Continuously monitor competitive activities and benchmark performance to inform proactive strategy adjustments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing, or related analytical roles.
- Expertise with social analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Convosight, Similarweb, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear strategic insights.
- Proven success in presenting insights to stakeholders, influencing decision-making through robust data storytelling.
- Deep familiarity with optimization techniques and algorithms of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit.
Tools Proficiency:
- Advanced analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Similarweb)
- Social listening tools (Convosight, Brandwatch)
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or similar)
- Project management and collaboration tools (Monday, Asana, JIRA, Slack, etc.)
