What does a Image Content Producer - Video do at Hogarth?
With a focus on localization, the Image Content Producer is a cross functional position that drives the delivery of video content and production plans to Geo production teams. They maintain close partnership with Brand, Video Producers, Business Affairs, Creative and Screen teams to ensure the flawless execution of an on-brand, unified message across various deliverables and locales.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required. The Image Content Producer must feel comfortable presenting to various levels of leadership and varying types of audiences (one-to-one or larger groups). The ability to deliver clear and concise communication is a must.

What does a Image Content Producer - Video do at Hogarth?

Key responsibilities:
- Cultivate a thorough and specialized understanding of the Video production processes
- Manage image schedules/expectations/resource management/image tracking and provide weekly or daily status updates
- Participate in project kickoffs, content meetings, reviews, and other project based meetings as needed
- Help to establish and lead communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables
- Plan, manage and track asset procurement throughout the production process to facilitate accurate and timely delivery
- Coordinate with creative and production teams to understand project scope and document the full breath of global content needs including the creation of detailed content matrices, lifestyle images, alternative copy, and design assets
- Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
- Define and document strategic Geo content plans across all locales for various launches and platforms, including all product launches, seasonal and campaign work across Video
- Assist in defining and documenting strategic global content plans across Client’s locales including product launches, seasonal and campaign work across all Video deliverables
- Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams
- Serve as subject matter experts on regional localization variances and across various platforms, by providing guidance throughout the product lifecycle
- Continually looks for ways to enhance productivity and address workflow challenges through process improvements, task automation, and new technology.
- Ensure that all customer-facing deliverables represent the best of the Client
- Ensure the successful training of newly hired producers
- Relevant experience developing content strategies in an international marketing environment
- Proven ability to build relationships cross functionally, influence others, and work effectively within a large organization
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work closely with creative, technical, and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated project management skills including scope management, resource planning, and task tracking
- Ability to quickly process detailed information and capture the “big picture” in order to effectively deliver a clear and concise point-of-view
- Multi-tasker who can balance priorities within an ever-changing work environment
- Experience in project management or content management systems such as JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, or similar software
- Experience using the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Mac OS software and operating systems
- 3-6 years of experience as a producer in a creatively-driven advertising agency
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree and certifications in applicable fields a plus
