4 Charles Prime Rib , nestled in the West Village, is seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Part Time Reservationist to manage the restaurant's reservations and provide a high level of customer service to our esteemed guests. This role is 20-24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling—as long as inquiries and emails are handled promptly.

Experience & Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Resy, Gmail, and general restaurant operations.
- At least one year of experience as a Host or Maitre D' in a fast paced, full service restaurant setting.
- The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
- A calm and gracious approach to handling high-volume inquiries, always focused on finding the best possible guest experience within our capacity.
- Discretion and awareness of VIP guest relationships, ensuring smooth and thoughtful communication.
- A love for hospitality and the ability to make guests feel valued—even when their ideal reservation isn’t immediately available.
