Experience & Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a cashier in a fast-paced quick service restaurant, cafe, or retail environment.
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and stooping.
- Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.
- Anticipate the needs of guests and provide consistent, genuine, and generous service..
- Guide guests through the menu, providing thoughtful recommendations for food and beverage items.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items as needed, ensuring proper food handling procedures and adhering to Hogsalt recipes and standards.
- Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
- Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
- Ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed.
