FOH Team Member (Earn up to $1500/wk)

Aster Hall is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time FOH Team Member to join our team! This role encompasses the duties of a cashier, expeditor, food runner, and customer service representative.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a cashier in a fast-paced quick service restaurant, cafe, or retail environment.
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and stooping.
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and provide consistent, genuine, and generous service..
• Guide guests through the menu, providing thoughtful recommendations for food and beverage items.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items as needed, ensuring proper food handling procedures and adhering to Hogsalt recipes and standards.
• Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
• Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
• Ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed.
