Hogsalt is seeking a highly skilled, ambitious, and passionate Full-Time Guest Services & Reservations Specialist to join our team at Hogsalt HQ, located in the River West neighborhood of Chicago. This is a fully on-site/in-person position.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1 year of hosting experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant; strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with reservation platforms, Resy preferred.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task while providing positive, professional communication to guests.
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to reliably travel to and work from Hogsalt's Headquarters, located in the River West neighborhood. This is a fully on-site/in person position.
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and confidently with guests, coworkers, and restaurant leadership regarding all aspects of the guest experience.
• Manage all aspects of reservation systems: confirmation messages, special requests and celebrations, table plotting, updating floorplans, etc.
• Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
