Experience & Qualifications:
- 7 years’ experience in Executive Leadership in high volume restaurants.
- Have a strong understanding of restaurant financials.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach.
- Open Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build high performing teams.
- Must be able to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
