Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to respond to general inquiries, assist customers with product and service information, and provide top-tier support via inbound calls and emails. This role requires a passion for excellent customer service and a working knowledge of firearms and knives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via telephone and email, offering accurate information about our products and services.
- Process and verify orders for retail, dealer, and distributor customers.
- Update and maintain customer information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve customer concerns by taking appropriate actions and escalating when necessary.
- Promote and upsell additional accessories and services.
- Foster productive working relationships with internal departments, including Marketing, Finance, Production, and Shipping/Receiving.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and programs while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service or inside sales experience required.
- Firearms Experience
- Knowledge of firearms products or the ability to quickly gain proficiency is essential.
- Comfortable handling, assembling, and shooting various firearms.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM required; 50–60 WPM preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Location & Commitments
- Full-time, permanent position located at facility in Henderson, NV
- In-office work schedule: 5 days per week.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods in a stationary position.
- Frequent use of computer equipment.
Eligibility Requirements
- Pass pre-employment medical physical and drug screening.
- Clear a Federal Criminal Background Check (ATF permit requirement).
- Provide documentation of eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
