HOJ Dock & Door, a division of HOJ Innovations, is growing and seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities will include answering customer calls and efficiently schedule service and installation appointments. Maximizing field technicians’ productivity, and meeting customer demand by ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences will be a top priority. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detailed orientated, have strong logistical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routing and dispatching technicians to locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
- Take incoming calls from customers to address questions, problems, or requests for service.
- Maintains service and installation schedule for all Install and Service Technicians, revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
- Records and maintains files or records of customer requests, services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information
- Continually ensure technicians' schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct technicians' schedules for materials ordered.
- Coordinates service resources by connecting open jobs with parts ordered and received.
- Generates work orders, reviews inspection reports and forwards project paperwork for final billing.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Maintain communication to promote the concept of "total quality" customer service.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

- Previous dispatch/scheduling experience (preferred)
- Previous Administrative or Customer Service experience (preferred)
- Professional phone presence, effective communication skills and active listening.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of personalities.
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules and routes.
- Knowledge of computer systems and software for scheduling and other dispatching duties.
- Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal driven environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively with different, and sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & Outlook .
- Must have U.S. Work Authorization
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and a background check.
