The Role
This role leads will be instrumental into bringing the next level of color expression to a brand already known for its product color. It will be a critical puzzle piece to both driving commercial volume and HOKA-only points of view on product in a competitive footwear and apparel market. This director role leads an existing team of passionate and incredible color designers with the capacity to do great things – your impact will be immediate and lasting.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Vision – Trend, color expression and the ability to dream big things for our product is paramount to the success of HOKA. This job plays a critical role in cultivating that vision, but also selling the dream to help the globe think bigger about what’s possible.
- Leadership – Being out in front and in command of planning and communication on color strategy is a primary responsibility to help raise acumen globally – you get to help teach the organization the language of color we will operate with for the long-term future of product.
- Process analysis – While seemingly administrative, the constant eye on and refinement of the product process is crucial for ensuring the creative time needed to deliver the best possible brand color expression at all levels.
- Leadership – Being the strong voice of color, anticipating hurdles and adaptations to our approach and providing a steady foundation from which to grow our color acumen.
