Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing all areas within the facility.
- Provide support in special cleaning projects or events as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred; experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
