The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. This position is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards and protocols.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules during events or peak occupancy periods.

Skills

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality settings with a focus on housekeeping management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
