Job Description:
- Hola Island Kitchens is looking for an effective Production Assistant, key responsibilities include helping with various tasks related to our spice production process, including packaging and quality control checks. Responsible for assisting in the production of our line of spices under the supervision of our Production Manager. This is an excellent position for those interested in learning about the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the production line of our Caribbean spice blends.
- Ensuring all products are correctly labeled before they are stored or shipped.
- Perform quality control checks on the spices, ensuring they meet company guidelines and standards.
- Assistance in maintaining inventory counts and restocking materials as needed.
- Adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Assisting in the shipping and receiving of products and materials.
- Performing other duties as assigned to help meet production goals
JobTimeline & Pay:
- 10-day training
- (5 days working closely with the production manager to learn and collaborate. Last 5 days will work more independently and have check-ins daily with the Kitchen Manager

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a major asset.
