Summary
The Assistant Sales Representative position is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our distinguished area sales representatives inside of a high demand industry. As an assistant sales representative, you will gain invaluable experience in the fields of sales and marketing while having the opportunity to build your career. This position is hourly and has the potential to develop into an independent salary commission sales/consulting position.
Essential Functions
• Coordinate incoming and in-progress jobs with preservation advisors.
• Measure and map properties and put together sales and marketing documents including quotes, estimates, proposals, and assessment packets.
• Manage records and contacts in Hubspot CRM.
• Maintain communication with clients, meet with customers and assist preservation consultants to help clients determine appropriate pavement preservation tools.
• Generate leads and help move clients through the sales funnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent;
• 2 Years of experience working in an Office/Administrative or Sales role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc);
• Soft skills include: communication, multitasking, establishing rapport with clients, and attention to detail.
