Holbrook House is an upcoming, world-class bar/restaurant located in the heart of San Francisco. We pride ourselves on providing a unique and memorable experience to our guests, offering an extensive selection of handcrafted cocktails, an elegant ambiance, and exceptional service. As we prepare to open our doors to the public, we are seeking talented and experienced Servers to lead our team and set the standard for excellence in service.

Position Overview:

As a Server, you will play a vital role in making our guests feel welcomed, attended to, and satisfied throughout their visit. Your warm personality, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate our guests' needs will contribute to our reputation for outstanding service. From taking orders and serving meals to providing recommendations and handling special requests, your contributions will leave a lasting impression on our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues or requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle cash and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Positive team player who contributes to a collaborative work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
