Job Summary :
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to drive our brand’s visual identity and marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing compelling content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels, including social media, email marketing, video ads, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities :
Design engaging and on-brand visuals for social media, email campaigns, website content, digital ads, and printed marketing materials.
Create product packaging, promotional graphics, and marketing collateral.Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.Marketing & Digital Content :Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (design, copywriting, and scheduling).
Create and manage social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy.Assist in the production of video content for ads and promotional campaigns.Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance.Advertising & Brand Growth :Support paid advertising efforts by designing assets for digital and social media ads.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to create engaging content.Work cross-functionally with the team to align marketing and design efforts with overall business goals.Manage content calendars to ensure consistent marketing execution.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging marketing tools.Qualifications & Skills :
2 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation (experience in sports or outdoor brands is a plus!).Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects) .Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo).Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).Basic video editing skills and motion graphics experience are a plus.Strong copywriting skills for social media and email marketing.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Passion for pickleball, sports, or active lifestyle brands is a bonus!Additional Information :
