Waterproofing Estimator will be required to do the following :
Active involvement in customer contact to ensure continual opportunities for new, additional business. Works with major customers to ensure retention of profitable business
Ensures bids are correct, complete, and exercise sound and ethical business practices as related to its customers. This includes following up with owner / contractor to check success of the bid
Maintains quotation productivity : Number of quotes / Number of successful bids
Continually seeks methods of controlling and reducing costs
Seek new customers for the company that fit its capabilities and growth plan
Adhere to sales goals that support the company's strategic business plan.
Provide sales that meet our profit goals : Targeted profits / Estimated profits
Demonstrate good judgement and tact in solving problems
Provide support to field operations to field operations to ensure smooth and accurate operations
Make best use of time during working hours demonstrating the ability to prioritize
Maintain a professional appearance appropriate for situation
Willingly perform other duties as required
Experience- Estimating / Sales for 3 years, blueprint / plan reading required, contract experience required, computer skills necessary to price jobs using software required,
