Starting Wage: $27.46
Builds and packs pallets used for training in the use of our products.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
but not limited to…
- Producing high quality, handmade samples of roofing and decking coatings on different substrates.
- Building tradeshow demo materials/platforms
- Preparing product by mixing, measuring, degassing and following set formulas
- Applying product using a variety of applicators, this may include spraying product requiring a respirator
- Cutting and sanding product to size according to specs using cutting press/bandsaw/table saw/belt sander
- Producing and packing training pallets and substrates used for Tech Trainings
- Building pallets to pack products and tools and prepare for shipping
- Performs quality control checks to ensure quality samples are produced to required specifications.
- Organize and maintain all required paperwork, records and documentation.
- Provides suggestions for improvement of departmental processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High School diploma
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work in a fast paced, professional environment.
- Experience using hand / power tools
- Basic computer skills
- A self-starter with efficient time management abilities. Experience using measurement tools
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player. Ability to work overtime if needed
