About the Role: Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Services Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Clinical Support Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and supervising CSS staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality support services to our clients.
In this role, you will maintain accurate records of billable services provided, submit records promptly as dictated by the program, and complete other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Clinical Support Services. You will also be responsible for orienting new CSS staff to agency policies and procedures, CSS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and licensure/ regulatory/ contractual demands of the agency.
