About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Services Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Clinical Support Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of billable services provided, submitting records promptly as dictated by the program, and completing other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Clinical Support Services.
In this role, you will work closely with CSS staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality support services to our clients. You will also be responsible for orienting new CSS staff to agency policies and procedures, CSS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and licensure/ regulatory/ contractual demands of the agency.
