Busy Aesthetic Practice is looking for a FULL TIME Customer Service Representative to join our Team! In the role of Customer Service, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and administrative support within a Med Spa setting. Concierge- style hospitality experience required, must be a fast learner with the ability to adapt to frequent environmental changes, must have experience in a high volume practice supporting multiple providers, and must be have the ability to handle heavy call volume.
This individual is essential to the practice and the first person patients interact with when calling and/or walking in the door. The right candidate should have a passion for aesthetics, and must be able to multi-task in a high energy work environment. Customer service is our highest priority, therefore, you must be able to handle all patients with a smile! Join our team to make a meaningful impact on patient satisfaction and care delivery.
1 year experience in the Cosmetic, Dermatologic, or MedSpa field a PLUS
Knowledge of insurance verification/billing/posting a PLUS
Salary based on experience. Benefits based on Experience
