Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our turkey farm team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for feeding, watering, and caring for the turkeys, as well as cleaning and maintaining the barn and equipment.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am-4:30 pm, times may vary based on business needs
Rotating Weekend and Holiday Schedule Required
Essential Job Functions
- Daily care for Turkeys
- Farm Maintenance
- Drive tractors/skid loaders - previous experience a plus
- Keeping detailed and accurate records
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, and kneel
- Strong interest in working with animals with a desire to learn and self-develop
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
