Certification: Requires a Certification of Social Service Designee through the State of Missouri or to be obtained within 90days after employment.
Primary Duties:
· Provides support to the Administration to ensure residents and family have appropriate needs met with social setting.
· Assist resident with care planning, schedules, concerns, notifications.
· Ensure all staff and visitors check in and out of the kiosk system.
· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Assist Admissions coordinator as needed with referrals
· Provide tours as needed.
· Assist in other duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Social Services Designee Certification (Required)
