As a Laborer with Holder Construction, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites. Your duties will include loading and unloading deliveries, handling and moving jobsite materials, cleaning and preparing workspaces, digging, and assisting safety professionals and carpenters. You will also be responsible for performing various jobsite operations and providing primary support to our field supervision team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be agile and mobile, able to stand or walk for long periods, use your fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects, climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, and work on uneven surfaces and heights. You must also be able to read and write, see and hear well either naturally or with correction, and lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 pounds. Additionally, you must be able to work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment, work outside, and work overtime and weekend hours.
