We are seeking a Construction Project Controls Engineer to be an integral part of the team to support the successful execution of our construction projects. We are seeking highly motivated construction professionals to join our company on a large, complex project in Dallas, TX.
As the Project Controls Engineer, you will support the team through the change management and cost projection process and gain exposure to billing and cashflows. You will communicate daily to ensure thoughtful and professional working relationships with our internal teams, Subcontractors, and Owners.

As the Project Controls Engineer, you will support the team through the change management and cost projection process and gain exposure to billing and cashflows. You will communicate daily to ensure thoughtful and professional working relationships with our internal teams, Subcontractors, and Owners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from Subcontractors
- Analyze information/data received in order to provide tactful methods of issue resolution
- Communicate with Subcontractors to allow for timely, accurate responses
- Understand and comply with Owner requirements specific to receipt & submission of information
- Take ownership for the review, accuracy, and updating of MEP manifest billing
- Gain exposure to Subcontractor cashflows and Owner billing
- Be mindful of company/project risk when dealing with issues
- Approach internal/external conflict and issues with logic
- Maintain a calm, professional attitude
- BS in Construction Management or a quantitative-related degree
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Possess outstanding communication, time management skills, and computer skills.
